About the Role

The Lead – Fabrication (Press Brake) D‑Shift position oversees a production team, ensuring tasks are assigned, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are followed. The role involves coordinating resources, mentoring staff, investigating production issues, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. It also requires clear communication of production status and challenges to management. • Lead a production team on D‑Shift, assigning tasks and providing guidance • Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality • Collaborate with management to meet production targets and allocate labor, equipment, and materials • Monitor and enforce quality control processes to ensure product standards • Investigate and resolve production and quality issues promptly • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct training, and recommend improvements • Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to boost efficiency • Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods • Generate regular performance reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency • Communicate updates on production status and challenges to management

What You Bring
