About the Role

• Independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to construction documents • Perform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager • Coordinate subconsultant work to align with project requirements and architectural design • Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures • Write specifications covering architectural matters and conduct code reviews • Assist Project Architects and other coordinators, taking responsibility for all phases of the architectural process

What You Bring

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Revit skills assessment to demonstrate proficiency with Revit software and related design tasks; accommodations are available upon request. • Master's degree in Architecture • Experience with data centers or mission‑critical facilities • Interest in sustainable design/LEED (desired but not required) • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus) • Willingness to travel semi‑regularly to project sites • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field • Minimum 5 years of professional or internship experience preparing details, specifications, and construction documents • Credentials to obtain future registration • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
