About the Role

The Maintenance Technician I is tasked with efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community, ensuring a well‑kept living environment for residents. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include a variety of hands‑on tasks across carpentry, appliance repair, electrical work, painting, and plumbing, as well as lock installation and rekeying. The role also involves completing service requests promptly, contributing to the community preservation and preventive maintenance plans, and upholding company safety standards. • Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties. • Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks. • Complete service requests in a timely manner. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs. • Maintain company safety standards. • Work flexible schedules and be on‑call as required.
