What You Bring
Candidates must be locally based in Texas. We are expanding our PMO and program services across the USA and invite experienced project professionals at all levels to support diverse construction projects in data centres, manufacturing and corporate occupier markets. Qualified candidates will have 10‑15 years of experience delivering large, complex programs, particularly in data centre, manufacturing and corporate occupier projects across owner/operator, consultancy, developer or EPC delivery models. They will demonstrate technical expertise in program management and PMO leadership, having established processes, procedures and governance frameworks, and implemented robust controls such as Quarterly Business Reviews, vendor performance management and KPI development. Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work client‑facing and drive internal teams to successful outcomes, are required. On‑site presence may change based on client needs, and candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with LA County ordinance and California law. • 10–15 years delivering large, complex programs. • Experience in data centre, manufacturing, and corporate occupier projects (owner/operator, consultancy, developer, EPC). • Proven program management and PMO leadership, establishing processes, governance and controls. • Skilled at setting objectives and stage‑gate criteria for alignment and measurable success. • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical and communication abilities. • Ability to work client‑facing, driving internal teams to meet client satisfaction. • Willingness to work on‑site in Texas as required.
