About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, Pre Construction, you will play a critical leadership role in managing the end‑to‑end delivery of projects — ensuring they are delivered on time, to quality, within budget, and in alignment with both client expectations and Mirvac’s standards of excellence. You will champion project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement, while supporting a culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement. • Lead, plan and monitor detailed design and construction phases • Manage resource interfaces across Mirvac Design, Development and other PM teams • Oversee project costs, budgets, procurement and contract processes • Identify, assess and manage key project risks • Manage variations and scope changes • Capture lessons learnt and champion improvement opportunities • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and HSE policies • Deploy and coordinate project resources effectively • Support staff development and drive high‑performance behaviours • Leverage project documentation control systems and planning guidelines • Collaborate – building trusted relationships internally and externally

What You Bring

You bring over a decade of project management experience, ideally in pre‑construction, with deep expertise in leading complex programs. You are skilled in collaborating with user‑centred design teams and managing IT system customisation, procurement and vendor relationships. You offer strong Capex and Opex management capability, backed by tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management, and you excel under pressure, consistently delivering to tight timeframes. Your strengths include strategic thinking, relationship building and clear, influential communication, and as a leader you coach effectively, drive performance and lift capability across your team.
