About the Role

The role focuses on driving growth by collaborating with sales and operations to secure new customers, overseeing financials and profitability, building a high‑performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service as a trusted advisor. The Branch Manager is accountable for the region’s operational and financial success, providing direction and coaching to site managers, managing vendor relationships, delivering accurate budgets and forecasts, and continuously developing operational processes and team members. • Drive branch growth by collaborating with sales and operations to win new customers and specialty work. • Oversee P&L, budgets, and profitability, forecasting spend and adjusting as needed. • Lead, coach, and develop site managers and their teams to achieve high performance. • Ensure delivery and execution of all contracted services across the region. • Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships, conducting regular onsite visits and meetings. • Respond promptly to client communications and escalate issues that could affect ABM’s reputation. • Manage vendor relationships for materials, supplies, and equipment. • Prepare weekly and monthly financial and operational performance reports. • Enforce safety, onboarding, training, and quality‑check processes at each site. • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for additional services beyond contracts. • Travel approximately 50% of time to branch sites, with occasional extended travel.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of management experience in janitorial or facility services, deep knowledge of multi‑site operations, a strong customer focus, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including occasional extended travel. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience; 7‑10 years management in janitorial/facility services. • Demonstrate strong customer focus, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and OSHA standards. • Maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $101,920 to $145,600 depending on experience and location, with eligibility for incentive or bonus programs and a comprehensive benefits package.
