About the Role

The recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance, and partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs. They will source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach, maintain active pipelines, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, guide hiring decisions, deliver a consistent candidate experience, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and support hiring events and outreach initiatives. • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Ensure a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • Keep accurate candidate data in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

What You Bring

We seek candidates with 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The role requires comfort in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus), and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Require 1–3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Possess strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus); bachelor’s degree preferred.
