About the Role
• Assist the project manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects. • Coordinate and manage projects from inception through completion. • Review designs and suggest cost‑saving measures. • Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and timely. • Track and report project status updates directly to the project manager. • Organize, file, and maintain all project documentation. • Enter and manage information in digital project databases. • Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets. • Create and adhere to project timelines and calendars. • Schedule meetings, calls, site visits, and other project activities. • Gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, and vendors. • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients. • Keep projects on schedule and aligned with client goals.

What You Bring
We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside the project manager in coordinating and completing project tasks. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, a go‑getter, and able to synchronize all project elements to meet cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards. Under the PM’s direction, the APM will take on diverse responsibilities to learn the industry. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. A strong foundation in construction principles and project coordination is essential. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software. • Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability under pressure.
