About the Role

The Program Manager, Talent Management leads the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of core talent management initiatives, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and coaching assessments. In this role you will conduct needs analyses, evaluate program effectiveness, and stay abreast of industry trends to recommend improvements. By leveraging project management, strategic communication, and relationship‑building skills, you will drive the creation and enterprise‑wide adoption of talent solutions. You will maintain existing talent programs, create supporting resources and training, and use multiple communication channels to build manager and employee capability. Collaboration across functions ensures talent strategies align with broader organizational projects, while consulting with HR and business leaders shapes short‑ and long‑term programs that meet strategic goals. You will also develop new initiatives, develop project plans, set metrics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure programs stay within budget. What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience. Candidates must have five to eight years of experience in talent management, learning, or organization development, including hands‑on project management of enterprise‑wide programs such as talent reviews and succession planning. Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle HCM, strong analytical and change‑management abilities, knowledge of human‑centered design, and excellent influence, presentation, and communication skills. • Minimum 5–8 years experience in talent management, learning, or organization development, including project management of enterprise‑wide programs. • Proficiency with Oracle HCM (preferred) and strong influence, presentation, and communication skills.
