About the Role
• Lead development and support of Fusion O2C‑AR processes and solutions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system performance and reliability. • Implement DevOps strategies to streamline development, testing, and deployment. • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime post‑go‑live. • Stay current with Fusion technologies and DevOps tools for continuous improvement. • Mentor junior team members. • Meet project timelines and stakeholder expectations. • Perform system configurations, testing, and user training as needed. • Analyze Oracle Fusion enhancements, change requests, and support activities. • Coordinate with Fusion DevOps, solution architects, and Edge application teams to resolve integration issues. • Drive continuous improvement by reducing support tickets and automating manual tasks. • Follow JCI Major Incident management process for critical (P1/P2) issues.

What You Bring
The position is for an Oracle Fusion OTC AR Functional Senior Consultant located in Bangalore, requiring 8–12 years of experience. We are seeking a seasoned Oracle DevOps Fusion Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Accounts Receivable functional consultant. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly the AR module covering manual, recurring, and PPM/SMC invoicing, customer receipts, invoice printing, SLA structures, customer master data, and month‑end close processes for the AR sub‑ledger, combined with strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field and have 8–12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP, demonstrated success in O2C implementations, and hands‑on proficiency in functional configuration, subledger accounting, bank integration and receipt processing. Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud certifications, Agile experience, and familiarity with additional Oracle modules. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or equivalent. • Possess 8–12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERP. • Demonstrated success in Order‑to‑Cash implementations within Oracle Fusion. • Expertise in functional configuration for O2C Accounts Receivable, subledger accounting, bank integration, and receipts. • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP. • Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred). • Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred). • Knowledge of additional Oracle modules (preferred).
