About the Role
The National Account Manager (NAM) develops strategic partnerships with specific national accounts, growing revenue while ensuring profitability and a consistent customer experience. The NAM oversees all aspects of the customer relationship, including satisfaction, pricing, risk management, and issue resolution to secure long‑term retention. The role emphasizes the unique value Badger provides compared to other non‑destructive excavation firms in North America. • Develop and execute a 1‑year business plan aligned with corporate strategy. • Create strategic direction and action plans for assigned national accounts to drive profitable growth and ensure retention. • Define account vision, set goals, targets, and sales metrics. • Implement account plans, penetration and pricing strategies, focusing on contract compliance, sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. • Leverage strong customer relationships to capture new market opportunities and differentiate Badger from competitors.

What You Bring
• Travel up to 50% of the time. • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, communications, or related field (preferred). • 7+ years of account management experience, preferably in the utilities industry. • Knowledge of multi‑location service industry operations. • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
