About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative you will meet homeowners in‑home, conduct consultations, present tailored improvement solutions, and guide them through the sales cycle. You will manage your own leads, appointments, and follow‑ups while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards. • Conduct in‑home consultations and present tailored home‑improvement solutions. • Follow Renuity’s proven sales process to meet and exceed targets. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. • Independently manage leads, appointments, and follow‑ups using an iPad. • Maintain a proven track record of achieving sales goals. • Participate in three weeks of paid onboarding training.

What You Bring

Successful candidates possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a record of meeting sales targets, and excellent time‑management abilities.
