About the Role
The role includes handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and performing routine data‑entry with accuracy. It also involves managing internal calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and taking messages or meeting notes for supervisors or project managers. Administrative duties require preparing basic documents such as reports, letters, spreadsheets, and templates using Microsoft Word and Excel, maintaining electronic records, and assisting with scanning and filing. What You Bring
IES Residential is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment. Additional responsibilities include keeping common areas organized and stocked, communicating maintenance needs, and helping organize internal events or meetings. Candidates should have at least one year of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in a fast‑paced setting, and possess strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Minimum 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferred). • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with electrical contracting or construction industry is a plus.
