About the Role

The Associate Tenant Researcher investigates and profiles tenants that occupy commercial spaces within a specific market. By gathering detailed tenant and decision‑maker information, the role helps owners, brokers, and other real‑estate professionals make informed leasing decisions. • Investigate and profile commercial tenants occupying spaces in a geographical market. • Conduct 2+ hours of phone interviews daily with tenants, owners, and real‑estate professionals. • Perform web research to create comprehensive profiles on tenants and decision makers. • Document tenant movement within the market. • Maintain complete and accurate tenant rosters for various commercial buildings. • Investigate new property and tenant leads. • Document and profile corporate structures.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit institution, have at least eight months of customer‑service experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel 365. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones and a proven record of commitment to prior employers are also required. Preferred skills include strong phone communication, a track record of meeting KPIs, natural curiosity for investigative research, and advanced Excel abilities such as data manipulation and basic formulas. The ideal applicant is self‑motivated, can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and accurately captures data.
