About the Role

As a Quality Inspector you will be part of a hard‑working team delivering top‑tier electrical and data‑center solutions. You will conduct product inspections, prioritize tasks, identify non‑conforming items, and maintain strict quality control in accordance with work instructions, checklists, and drawings. • Perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, and drawings. • Prioritize tasks per Operations Supervisors to meet efficiency and delivery goals. • Identify and report non‑conforming products. • Create Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) for identified issues. • Verify no active NCRs exist before finalizing inspections. • Use precision and non‑precision gauges, meters, and tools to assess conformance. • Operate precision measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.). • Plan workload and work independently. • Apply Quality System/ISO procedures and documentation.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and preferably one year of experience with quality processes and Quality Management Systems. Candidates must be proficient with precision measuring equipment, able to plan and coordinate work independently, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across functions. Familiarity with ISO procedures, attention to detail, solid math and geometry knowledge, and competence with Microsoft Office are also essential. • Hold a high school diploma/G.E.D.; 1 year quality process experience preferred. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally across functional areas. • Quickly learn and operate varied test and measurement equipment. • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and solid math/geometry skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Pay is transparent, ranging from $17.20 to $31.90 per hour based on location, experience and performance, with eligibility for incentives.
