About the Role

The Community Leasing Manager‑BTR oversees all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, managing lease administration, creating marketing plans, running the leasing office, and supervising leasing staff. This on‑site role works closely with the Property Manager on special projects and ensures compliance with company policies and brand standards. The manager must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and assist with move‑outs and move‑ins as needed. • Lead and supervise leasing staff • Provide training, performance management, and support • Develop and execute marketing strategies and events • Complete leasing and marketing reports on time • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Maintain brand standards and exceptional property presentation • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects • Complete HR/People Operations tasks • Work full on‑site shift, including evenings and weekends as needed • Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond regular hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly
