About the Role
The Account Manager role focuses on selling subscriptions and advertising products, targeting a client base that spans independent agents to large property owners, fund managers, hedge funds and REITs. The position combines new‑business acquisition with growth of existing accounts within an assigned territory. • Sell subscriptions and online advertising products to clients ranging from independent agents to global property owners, fund managers, hedge funds, and REITs. • Manage a defined territory, inheriting a limited number of existing accounts and prospecting new business. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, product demonstrations, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals. • Conduct in‑person client and prospect product demonstrations using a consultative sales approach. • Build and nurture client relationships while providing market insights to owners, investors, lenders, and service providers. • Represent CoStar at industry events and network with property professionals in the market.

What You Bring
Success in the role requires a consultative sales approach, full ownership of the sales cycle, strong client‑facing skills, and the ability to represent CoStar at industry events while providing market insights to a variety of stakeholders. • Demonstrate experience managing 3‑12‑month sales cycles with sustained client growth. • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, objection‑handling, and organisational skills; hold a degree or equivalent experience. • Possess knowledge of commercial real estate or a strong interest in the sector; property portal experience is advantageous. • Hold a valid driver’s licence and pass a driving record/abstract check.
