About the Role
The technician will perform a variety of maintenance tasks—including appliance repair, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work—while assisting the Service Manager and ensuring service requests are completed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities also include preventative maintenance, responding to emergency calls, supporting resident functions, and contributing to the community preservation plan. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks and service requests. • Complete preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls per policy. • Support resident functions and participate in community preservation plans. • Ensure timely and correct completion of all service requests.

What You Bring
