About the Role

As a member of the UK HR team, you will provide a generalist HR service across divisions, developing and implementing divisional People strategies aligned with commercial priorities. You will build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders, act as an advisor to leaders on policy and commercial matters, identify legal risks, and manage complex employee‑relations cases. In addition, you will lead talent and succession planning, drive employee engagement actions, coach an HR Advisor, and shape a range of People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities while delivering insightful reports and data analysis to senior stakeholders. • Develop and implement divisional People strategies aligned with commercial objectives. • Build trusted relationships with operational stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives. • Provide commercial HR advice to leaders on policy, processes and solutions. • Identify and mitigate legal risks in partnership with relevant parties. • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance matters. • Lead talent and succession planning with key operational partners. • Design and execute employee engagement action plans. • Coach and line‑manage an HR Advisor to meet People Plan objectives. • Shape and deliver People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities. • Produce analytical reports, visual presentations and ad‑hoc data for senior leaders. • Influence and develop relationships across all business levels. • Continuously enhance commercial awareness, data analytics and employment‑law knowledge.
