About the Role

The manager will ensure quality client services, maintain clarity on work products, and deliver high‑quality services within budget and schedule constraints. Additional duties include supporting business development through client relationship management, opportunity development, and proposal preparation, as well as coordinating assigned work, supervising complex studies, defining tasks for team members, and collecting and presenting recommendations in final reports. • Lead analysis, design, construction administration, and prepare technical reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater projects. • Manage projects involving conveyance systems, utilities, pump/lift stations, treatment facilities, and master planning. • Ensure high‑quality client service, adherence to budgets and schedules, and supervise complex studies and investigations. • Support business development through client relationship management, opportunity identification, and proposal preparation. • Coordinate project teams, define tasks, allocate resources, and review and approve work products. • Evaluate design decisions for objectivity, soundness, and impact on schedule and budget while staying current with regulations. • Serve as Project Manager and sealing Professional Engineer for projects requiring inter‑group collaboration.

Qualifications require 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience with project management responsibilities, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), and a Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license. Strong leadership, motivation, communication, and the ability to oversee excellent quality of work are essential. The annual salary range is $116,600‑$144,131, with overtime eligibility and performance‑based bonuses. • Qualifications: 8+ years water/wastewater engineering experience, Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Colorado PE license, strong leadership and communication skills.
