About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and creative Sales Enablement Content Specialist to lead the creation of compelling, industry‑focused sales enablement content for our D&M marketing team. The role bridges product and industry marketing experts with the sales enablement organization, turning positioning and messaging into assets that guide sellers on what to say, when, and how. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and sales. • Translate product value propositions and industry narratives into differentiated, sales‑ready messaging. • Collaborate with product marketing to develop industry‑specific messaging and positioning. • Create sales‑facing assets such as battle cards, pitch decks, one‑pagers, talk tracks, competitive comparisons, customer stories, and playbooks. • Act as a subject‑matter expert for Enablement, converting complex topics into clear, actionable content that powers training programs and seller effectiveness.

What You Bring
• Possess 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology. • Demonstrate strong understanding of sales processes, go‑to‑market strategy, and the ability to simplify complex concepts. • Proven track record of developing sales content and messaging frameworks. • Excellent collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with both sales and product teams. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. • Industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations is highly preferred. • Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., MindTickle) and CMS; Airtable experience a plus. • AI fluency required, with prompting and agent‑building experience highly recommended.
