About the Role
The position involves conducting field investigations and remediation activities across the Northern Territory, overseeing project progress, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will interact with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support delivery and contribute to business development, while fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing team culture. • Deliver fieldwork across ground remediation and contaminated land projects, including site investigations, remediation works, validation sampling and monitoring across the NT and beyond • Manage project performance and monitoring for environmental projects of all sizes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused outcomes • Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to support project delivery and business development efforts

What You Bring
Working from our Darwin office, you will gain hands‑on experience in environmental impact assessments, contaminated‑land investigations and remediation, hydrology and water‑quality monitoring, biodiversity surveys, and environmental‑management planning and auditing. The role blends the agility of a small office with the resources of a global consultancy, offering a platform to develop expertise while making a tangible impact in the Top End. We are looking for candidates with a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline, a valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship to satisfy defence‑clearance requirements. Relevant experience or a strong interest in ground remediation, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities independently, is essential. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, proactive attitude and a commitment to quality work are also required; experience managing full‑cycle environmental projects is a plus. • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field; valid Australian driver’s licence and Australian citizenship (defence clearance) • Experience or strong interest in ground remediation, contaminated land assessment, soil and groundwater remediation • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities across diverse projects, and contribute to a supportive team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly • Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and commitment to delivering quality work • (Desirable) Experience managing environmental projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, budgets and coordination with clients and internal teams
