About the Role
The Security Associate role is critical for maintaining the safety and security of resort owners, guests, and team members. This position requires proactive, professional service to protect property, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe environment throughout the resort. • Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, safety hazards, or threats • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify security risks • Manage communications and alarm systems; coordinate life‑safety equipment maintenance • Conduct regular inspections to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents • Investigate incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports • Provide guest and owner assistance, including directions, package delivery, and problem solving • Support management requests and assist coworkers as a team player • Patrol the property for 8‑9 hours at a time and work various shifts • Deliver friendly, helpful service to guests and owners

What You Bring
• Perform basic first aid and CPR as needed • Possess prior customer‑service focused security experience • Demonstrate strong computer, verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting • Preferred: hotel experience, military or law‑enforcement background, current First Aid/CPR certification
