About the Role

You will lead integration and evaluation of long‑range camera systems, ground/air surveillance radars, RF and other sensor suites related to UAS, cUAS and RCIEDs. You will provide on‑ground expertise for installation, testing, and maintenance of existing and new technologies in both domestic and overseas environments, ensuring effective use of fiber optics, Ethernet and microwave links. You will develop system designs and integration strategies for fixed‑site and mobile platforms, drive requirements development, and conduct technical electronics testing using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, voltage meters and cable verification equipment. • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Electronic Warfare for a large technical program. • Advise the Program Office on all technical decisions and provide expertise in counter‑UAS. • Lead integration and evaluation of long‑range camera, radar, RF, and sensor systems for UAS, cUAS, and RCIEDs. • Provide on‑ground installation, testing, and maintenance of systems in domestic and overseas environments. • Ensure effective use of fiber optics, Ethernet, and microwave links for content delivery and control. • Develop system designs and integration strategies for fixed‑site and mobile platforms. • Drive requirements development to meet operational needs and technical specifications. • Conduct electronics testing using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, voltage meters, and cable verification equipment.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field) from an ABET‑accredited program and possess at least five years of experience in RF propagation modeling, spectrum analysis, electronics testing, long‑range camera integration, and fiber‑optic/Ethernet/microwave systems. Additional experience of three years in developing Human‑Machine Interface requirements and five years in preparing and delivering technical briefings to diverse audiences is required. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in Electrical Engineering are preferred, along with experience supporting military special operations, foreign field operations, and tactical system performance. Such background enhances operational strategies and system performance. An active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this position. • Minimum 5+ years experience in RF propagation modeling, spectrum analysis, and electronics testing. • 5+ years experience integrating long‑range camera systems and working with fiber optics, Ethernet, and microwave systems. • 3+ years experience developing Human‑Machine Interface requirements for situational awareness displays. • 5+ years experience preparing and delivering technical and non‑technical briefings. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET‑accredited); Master’s or Doctorate preferred. • Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph required.
