About the Role
The Supply Chain Change Project Manager role, based in Indianapolis, IN, is a full‑time, hybrid position (three days on‑site) responsible for owning and leading supply‑chain change projects, such as parts transfers, under the direction of the Supply Chain Change Project Executive and aligned with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Key responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams to deliver change activities on schedule and within budget, monitoring and driving project performance using sound project‑management practices, and providing verbal and written progress reports to stakeholders. • Own and lead supply chain change projects (e.g., parts transfers) per APQP guidelines. • Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver change activities on time and within budget. • Monitor, manage, and drive project performance using established project management practices. • Provide verbal and written progress reports to stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must have an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, JD/PhD, or equivalent experience, with at least 3–9 years of relevant project‑management, new‑product introduction, manufacturing‑engineering, or procurement/supplier‑management experience, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and preferably hold PMP certification. • Minimum qualifications: associate/bachelor/master degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience, with 3–9 years relevant experience. • U.S. citizen or permanent resident required; PMP certification preferred.
