About the Role

The role requires defining and executing a growth vision for the Water/Wastewater practice, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving business development to expand market presence. You will supervise design projects, ensure quality and timely delivery, and maintain project profitability through effective resource allocation. What You Bring

Candidates must have 15+ years of civil engineering experience in utility water design and management, a bachelor’s degree, and a Professional Engineer license. Proven client contacts with municipalities and agencies, strong business development and proposal writing skills, and a track record of profitable project management are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and technical abilities, along with the capacity to mentor staff, are also required. • 15+ years civil engineering design and management of utility water projects • Bachelor’s degree and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure • Proven business development and marketing skills, including proposal writing and budgeting • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably • Strong client‑engagement and problem‑solving orientation • Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources positively • Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
