About the Role

The Internet Sales Coordinator plays a central role in the Sales & Marketing team by generating and sustaining a sales pipeline from internet‑generated leads, ensuring customers experience a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” journey from inquiry to purchase. The position operates across multiple online channels, works closely with marketing to keep product and community information current, and participates in sales meetings, community events, and training programs while maintaining flexibility for weekend hours. • Capture and convert online inquiries into sales prospects. • Communicate promptly via email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. • Maintain digital and community reference materials and an internet customer database. • Guide customers through product, community, financing, and incentive information. • Coordinate electronic marketing distribution with the Marketing team. • Attend sales meetings, community events, and training; work flexible hours including weekends.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (college preferred), sales or telephone/real‑estate experience, strong communication and organizational abilities, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the physical capability to visit job sites and handle up to 25 lb of material. • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred; sales or telephone/real‑estate experience desired. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real‑estate license may be required in some locations. • Physical ability to drive to communities, lift up to 25 lb, and operate computer/phone equipment.
