About the Role

Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will ensure that all property management policies, procedures, and operations are executed efficiently, develop and administer regular financial reporting and budgets, and leverage strong communication and data analysis abilities to drive client and team satisfaction as well as financial success. • Maintain tenant relationships through responsive and proactive issue management. • Act as primary tenant liaison for construction and landlord work coordination. • Collaborate with property team, vendors, contractors, and senior management to resolve operational challenges and implement initiatives. • Coordinate and distribute tenant communications and events, including appreciation meetings. • Uphold building presentation standards to reflect PWGSC best-in-class image. • Assist with maintenance resources, performance metrics, and program compliance. • Ensure insurance and contract files are complete, accurate, and current. • Support the Property Manager with ongoing initiatives, financial reporting, budgets, and analysis.

What You Bring

The role focuses on maintaining positive tenant relationships through professional, effective, and proactive responsiveness to tenant issues. It requires a self‑motivated, deadline‑oriented individual with a proven track record in commercial property management and strong client and tenant relationship building skills. Transparency is emphasized in the hiring process; artificial intelligence may be used for screening, but all final decisions are made by human reviewers. • Required: Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g., RPA, CET) and 3‑5 years of commercial property management experience. • Preferred certifications: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Real Property Administrator (RPA).
