About the Role

• Design primary plant layouts and schematics for high‑voltage substations. • Produce equipment specifications for HV plant and associated components. • Provide engineering design input to major infrastructure and renewable energy projects. • Prepare technical specifications and comprehensive documentation. • Act as Owner’s Engineer on HV substation, cable, and overhead line projects. • Coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and conduct site visits/inspections. • Write technical reports and manage multiple projects flexibly.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have experience in high‑voltage design projects, preferably with major utilities or developers. The role requires the ability to develop detailed specifications for substation equipment, produce technical documentation, and write comprehensive reports while managing multiple projects. A full driving licence, personal vehicle, and fluency in English are also required. • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in HV design projects. • Demonstrate capability to develop detailed designs for control systems, transformers, GIS, and AIS switchgear. • Possess a full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for site work. • Prefer candidates with multi‑disciplinary project experience, chartered status, or consultancy background.
