About the Role

Key responsibilities include collaborating with People & Culture Operational Group Leaders to develop segment‑wide HR plans, launching standardized core processes such as talent management, performance planning, total rewards, and employee engagement surveys, and leading organizational design, change management, and acquisition onboarding initiatives. The role analyzes HR metrics to implement improvement strategies, manages project delivery with risk and dependency tracking, and builds strong stakeholder relationships to exceed internal customer expectations. Financial stewardship of People & Culture budgets and championing a collaborative service culture are also required, with up to 20% travel as needed. • Partner with People & Culture leaders to create and implement segment‑wide HR strategies. • Launch and standardize core P&C processes such as talent management, performance planning, total rewards, and employee surveys. • Design and lead organizational design, change management, and acquisition onboarding initiatives. • Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. • Manage project delivery, risk tracking, and cross‑functional communication. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to exceed internal customer expectations. • Oversee budget planning and financial stewardship for People & Culture services. • Champion a collaborative culture and continuous service enhancements. • Lead multi‑COE/service teams in a matrixed, multi‑site environment. • Serve as strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and executive team. • Translate HR analytics into actionable business insights. • Develop and deliver scalable learning, training, and change programs. • Direct high‑impact creative and communication strategies to elevate employer brand. • Ensure compliance with public company governance and confidentiality standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, or a related field, with 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 7+ years managing senior people‑leaders. Experience overseeing total rewards, executive compensation, public‑company governance, and large‑scale talent systems is essential. The successful leader demonstrates executive presence, strategic partnership with the CPO, strong business and financial acumen, data‑fluency, and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment. Additional competencies include safety advocacy, learning agility, scalable learning program delivery, high‑impact creative communications, and maintaining confidentiality.
