About the Role
The Associate Tenant Researcher investigates and profiles tenants occupying commercial spaces in a geographic market. The role involves conducting phone interviews, web research, documenting tenant movements, maintaining rosters, and profiling corporate structures to help owners, brokers, and professionals make leasing decisions. • Investigate and profile commercial tenants in a geographic market. • Conduct 2+ hours of daily phone interviews with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals. • Perform web research to create comprehensive tenant and decision‑maker profiles. • Document tenant movement and maintain accurate tenant rosters for various buildings. • Investigate new property and tenant leads and document corporate structures.

What You Bring
The position is office‑based, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones. Applicants must be eligible to work full‑time in the United States; accommodations are available for disabilities. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit university or college. • Minimum 8 months experience in a customer‑service environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel 365. • Ability to work shifts across ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones. • Demonstrated strong academic performance. • Strong phone communication and ability to connect quickly and professionally. • Proven track record meeting metrics/KPIs. • Natural curiosity and persistence for investigative research. • Advanced Excel skills: data manipulation, filtering, basic formulas. • Ability to capture accurate data, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting. • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
