About the Role
The Collections Operations Specialist provides advanced clerical and administrative support to department managers, handling daily coordination, safety and service issue resolution, and acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper updates. The role utilizes Microsoft Office and other software to manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, payment processing, and the implementation of operational projects, while communicating with customers, employees and other supervisors. • Provide clerical and admin support to Collections managers. • Resolve safety, service and operational issues; update KRONOS for drivers/helpers. • Manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and payment processing using Microsoft Office and related tools. • Assist in implementing operational projects and communicate with customers and employees about service and scheduling matters.
