In House Sales Executive

About the Role

In this role you will welcome clients, present luxury vacation ownership products, and maintain effective communication to ensure customer happiness. You will collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues, attend sales training and meetings for product updates, and apply Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and inventory guidelines. Using email, telephone, virtual platforms, and written correspondence, you will perform follow‑up interactions with guests and owners, generate referral leads, and promote a positive work environment while working well in a team. • Present luxury vacation ownership products to prospective buyers • Welcome clients and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction • Resolve guest issues in partnership with Quality Assurance Managers • Attend sales training and meetings for product and update information • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and inventory guidelines • Communicate via email, phone, virtual platforms, and written correspondence • Conduct follow‑up interactions using HGV technology to close sales • Generate referral leads from new customers
