What You Bring
Parsons is seeking a talented and creative User Experience (UX) Engineer to support the development of multiple cloud‑based capabilities. This role is essential for ensuring a consistent and cohesive UI theme and style across various development teams, delivering a holistic and seamless user experience. The position requires a minimum of three years of UX design and engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, and attention to detail and a passion for user‑friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces are essential. An active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required. This role is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to U.S. government customers, supporting missions in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental domains. • Minimum 3 years UX design/engineering experience and a related bachelor’s degree. • Strong communication, collaboration, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $86,700 to $151,700.
