About the Role

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist at Morgan Properties, you will recruit for a variety of corporate functions—including HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Information Technology—and manage the full‑cycle hiring process from intake through offer. You will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, ensuring organized processes, clear communication, and a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience. Success in this fast‑paced role requires strong prioritization, responsiveness, and the ability to support multiple departments while reinforcing Morgan Properties’ culture and values. The position is based in the corporate office in Conshohocken, PA, with a hybrid schedule of Monday‑Thursday in‑office and an optional remote Friday. Core responsibilities include full‑desk recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and handling pre‑employment checks. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the TA Manager to align strategies, participate in team check‑ins, and ensure compliance and accurate record‑keeping. Additionally, you will represent the company at job fairs and community events to promote the brand and support diversity initiatives. • Source, post, and screen candidates across platforms and pipelines. • Coordinate interviews, update hiring managers, and manage the offer process. • Conduct pre‑employment checks and guide candidates through background procedures. • Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, timelines, and success profiles. • Align recruitment strategy and requisition prioritization with TA Manager. • Participate in team check‑ins, strategy sessions, and problem‑solving discussions. • Maintain accurate, compliant records and document all communications. • Ensure hiring decisions align with role requirements and company values. • Deliver a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs. • Represent Morgan Properties’ culture and brand to external audiences, supporting diversity efforts.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience, with a preference for IT recruiting or a strong interest in becoming a subject‑matter expert. Candidates must be proficient with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques, and be familiar with employment laws and best practices. A valid driver’s license is required, and reasonable accommodations are provided for individuals with disabilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Possess 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience; IT recruiting experience preferred. • Demonstrate proficiency with recruiting tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques. • Be familiar with employment laws and recruitment best practices. • Maintain a valid, active driver’s license.
