About the Role

The Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager will lead, direct, develop, and market projects that involve planning, design, and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. This role requires overseeing project staff, handling complex process engineering, producing technical reports and design specifications, and engaging in proposal development and marketing activities. • Direct and manage industrial water/wastewater projects, including planning, design, construction administration, and proposal marketing. • Conduct complex process engineering and produce design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans/specifications. • Lead preparation of design/build solutions and coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams. • Communicate project data and findings through reports, memos, and public presentations.

What You Bring

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. • Experience in municipal or industrial water/wastewater system planning and design. • Expertise in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities. • Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills. • Master’s degree and PMP certification desirable. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities; ability to handle multiple assignments and work both independently and within teams. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of project management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating, scheduling, and project management software. • Excellent organizational, project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
