About the Role
As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre‑qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation‑ownership presentations at our resorts. • Serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador for Hilton Grand Vacations. • Act as a concierge, providing local information to enhance guest experience. • Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests. • Greet and present prospective customers, incentivizing attendance at a sales preview tour. • Screen and qualify potential customers according to company guidelines. • Schedule sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. • Meet performance goals while adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. • Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings; stay current on marketing materials and industry trends.
