About the Role
The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and planning activities according to contract and client requirements, translating the project’s scope into actionable tasks, and keeping progress reports up to date. This role involves creating and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and documentation, as well as coordinating with internal teams, contractors and vendors to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. • Develop comprehensive project plans covering all phases, interdependencies, and critical paths using MS Project. • Translate high‑level goals into detailed timelines, milestones, and sequencing. • Continuously update schedules to reflect changes, delays, or advancements. • Create and manage project budgets, track financial performance, and flag deviations to the Planning Manager. • Review contractor billing and invoices, providing detailed remarks before approval. • Conduct scheduling, manning, and material studies as needed. • Implement change‑management processes to assess scope, schedule, and budget variations. • Maintain and update the project risk register, documenting and tracking potential risks. • Produce performance reports and presentations highlighting successes, issues, and critical items. • Ensure all project documentation—including change logs, schedules, and risk registers—is accurate and current. • Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams, contractors, and vendors. • Organize and support coordination meetings, documenting meeting minutes and key decisions.

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least five years of project planning experience on large‑scale industrial or infrastructure projects, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and advanced proficiency with MS Project. • Minimum 5 years of project planning experience on large‑scale industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably in renewable energy or construction. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; NICMAR or similar institution preferred. • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, including creating critical paths, dependency linkages, and milestone structures. • Strong understanding of project lifecycles and renewable energy manufacturing.
