About the Role
As a Delivery Lead at Cushman & Wakefield, you will oversee the successful implementation and delivery of client solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery across real estate projects and technology initiatives. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence to achieve business objectives. You will lead end-to-end operations across multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery while driving operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and risk management. You will manage P&L for assigned business units to ensure profitability and cost efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, and client services—to align project goals. You will monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Additionally, you will mentor high-performing teams and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple real-estate and technology projects. • Optimize processes, plan resources, and manage risks to ensure timely, quality delivery. • Manage P&L for business units, driving profitability and cost efficiency. • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client services to align project goals. • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

What You Bring
Minimum 16 years of experience in operations and project management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is required, along with a B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios, strong financial acumen with P&L management, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include PMP or equivalent certification, experience with ERP systems and project management tools, and exposure to international projects. • Require 16+ years of operations/project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering. • Hold a B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering; PMP certification preferred. • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
