About the Role
The Technical Support Specialist, based in Orem, Utah, will handle daily customer calls, resolve hardware and software issues within SLA targets, and support the full range of intrusion products. Responsibilities include providing feedback to customers, colleagues, and managers, contributing to product evaluation, and collaborating with the R&D organization as a key member of the NA Technical Support Team. • Provide telephone support for Qolsys, DSC, Sur‑Gard and C24 intrusion products, meeting SLA targets • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document feedback, and assist R&D improvements

What You Bring
