About the Role
The Field Sales Analyst (FSA) role is designed for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact by supporting the creation of Better Care for a Better World. You will bring professional expertise and drive to building and managing the portfolio of Kimberly‑Clark's iconic, ground‑breaking brands. In this position, you will work closely with Business Development Managers and Senior Customer Business Partners to analyze business plans, provide recommendations, and influence results for assigned customer teams. You will also communicate gaps, results, and action plans through reporting and commentary to both customer teams and business leaders. • Support BDM/Sr. CBP in the annual operating plan process to meet timelines and deliverables. • Participate in customer meetings and negotiations to achieve business objectives. • Help develop retail activation plans for in‑store execution. • Assist in creating customer contracts and other account‑specific documentation. • Coordinate with supply chain and cross‑functional teams to resolve service issues and seize opportunities. • Analyze results versus objectives and recommend gap‑closure actions. • Prepare analyses for the Business Plan Review (BPR) for the assigned customer team.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, or supply chain. Compensation includes a salary range of $81,940–$101,220, eligibility for a target bonus, and a comprehensive benefits suite that features 401(k) and profit‑sharing plans. • Hold a bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, or supply chain.
