About the Role
The Counter Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and call‑in customers, processes and pulls orders, and communicates product features, benefits, and warranty information. The role also involves technical product advice, troubleshooting, upselling related items, and applying promotional offers. • Deliver exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and call‑in customers. • Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information. • Pull orders as required. • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies. • Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer problems. • Upsell related products, add‑on extensions, and promote product specials.
