About the Role
The specialist will manage supplier relationships, expand the supplier base, and conduct thorough evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and consistent quality of service. In addition, the role leads technical procurement activities, handling categories such as electronic manufacturing services, electronic components, and low‑volume engineering builds, while assessing suppliers on both commercial and technical criteria to deliver optimal value. • Efficiently communicate with suppliers to ensure clarity in requirements and expectations. • Identify and engage with new suppliers to expand the supplier base. • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service. • Conduct thorough evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions. • Handle procurement categories like electronic manufacturing services, electronic components procurement, low volume engineering build requirements. • Assess suppliers on both commercial and technical aspects to ensure the best value for the company.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing to Pay Specialist with a strong background in technical procurement and supplier management. This role requires excellent technical skills, particularly in manufacturing processes, and expertise in handling categories such as machine sheet, metal forming, plastic injection molding, and electronic manufacturing services. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (electronics preferred), have 7–10 years of overall experience with at least five years in procurement, and possess expertise in electronic manufacturing services, new product development, and build‑to‑print procurement. Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with research institutes and government agencies, and the capacity to accelerate project deliverables in uncertain environments are essential. • Demonstrate expertise in technical procurement, particularly in manufacturing processes. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (electronics preferred). • 7–10 years of total experience, including over 5 years in procurement. • Expertise in electronic manufacturing services, new product development, engineering builds, and build-to-print category procurement. • Excellent communication skills to convey requirements efficiently to suppliers. • Ability to interact with research institutes and government agencies. • Capable of expediting project deliverables in uncertain development environments.
