About the Role
In this role you will follow Terex safety policies, perform repetitive assembly and adjustments of electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic equipment, manufacture fiberglass components to spec, maintain a clean work area applying 5S standards, and troubleshoot basic issues. • Follow safety policies and procedures. • Assemble, adjust, and test electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment. • Manufacture fiberglass components according to specifications. • Maintain a clean work area and apply 5S standards. • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues. • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. • Recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0‑2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 40‑100 lb (with assistance or equipment), good mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools, and the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written instructions while recognizing safety hazards. • Lift up to 40 lb independently and up to 100 lb with assistance or equipment. • Use hand tools with good mechanical aptitude.
