What You Bring

Job requirements include willingness to stay out of town overnight on a regular schedule, being at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle, possessing a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and living within 40 miles of the work area. You must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet, meet weight limits for ladder safety, handle all weather conditions, work independently, be ready for overtime, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Overnight travel during peak periods is required, with meals and accommodation covered by the company. Preferred experience includes background in facility or grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route driving, or roofing, which can help you succeed in this position. • Willing to stay out of town overnight four nights every other week • At least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions) • Reside within 40 miles of the designated region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet and using extension ladders • Weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety limits • Able to work outside in all weather conditions • Proven ability to work independently with remote supervision • Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds • Facility and/or grounds maintenance experience • Construction experience • HVAC experience • Cable installation experience • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
