About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions is responsible for generating profitable business with the equipment portfolio, developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow market share, and maintaining the existing customer base while helping to build Sunbelt’s national brand identity. • Generate profitable sales of flooring‑related equipment in the assigned territory. • Develop and execute territory sales plans to increase market share. • Retain existing customers while acquiring new business opportunities. • Promote and strengthen Sunbelt’s brand identity nationwide. • Adhere to safety standards and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb loads. • Apply a solution‑selling approach to meet customer needs. • Manage projects from prospecting through contract completion.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface preparation, and have at least two years of direct sales experience. They employ a solution‑selling approach, possess a technical background to learn engineering concepts, and demonstrate project management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills. The role requires meeting safety standards, including bending, squatting, lifting 25 lb or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed. • Utilize technical knowledge of engineering concepts and concrete surface preparation. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep. • Bring at least two years of direct sales experience.
