About the Role
The Mobile Engineer role supports facilities in Milwaukee and surrounding areas, ensuring that building systems operate efficiently and safely. This field position involves overseeing a range of equipment, from HVAC and refrigeration to electrical, plumbing, and production machinery. Daily responsibilities include responding to work orders, inspecting interior and exterior building components, and documenting conditions that affect client occupancy and operations. The engineer utilizes CMMS tools to track progress and maintain real‑time updates on tasks. • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work orders on building systems. • Conduct inspections of interior and exterior building components, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. • Use CMMS (e.g., Corrigo) to update work orders in real time and submit daily P‑card receipts. • Ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

What You Bring
A valid state driver’s license and on‑call availability are required, as the role demands prompt response to maintenance needs while adhering to safety and energy‑efficiency standards. Candidates must hold a Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain it within 90 days) and bring at least four years of technical experience in building engineering, covering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance. Preferred applicants have experience with CMMS platforms, are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have completed two years of trade school or an apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC systems. • Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for on‑call assignments. • Hold a Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days). • Possess at least four years of technical experience in building engineering, covering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems. • Preferred: experience with CMMS, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and two years of trade school or apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC systems.

The position offers an estimated salary range of $68,640 – $74,880 per year, standard business hours with on‑call duties, and does not provide visa sponsorship for candidates requiring work authorization.
