About the Role
In this role you will design, schedule, and deliver performance‑based training using Constellation’s Systematic Approach to Training, counsel trainees, evaluate results, and develop individualized learning plans. You will ensure training materials remain current with regulatory and industry updates, participate in audits, and support business initiatives such as project management, outage activities, and emergency preparedness. • Develop, schedule, and deliver performance‑based training using Constellation’s SAT model. • Conduct counseling sessions, evaluate trainee performance, and create individualized training programs. • Update training content with INPO, NRC, and Constellation safety and regulatory information. • Participate in NRC, INPO, and management audits and address audit findings. • Support business initiatives, project management, refuel outage activities, and emergency preparedness. • Coordinate and mentor instructors to ensure compliance with systematic training processes. • Provide emergency response, departmental coverage, and support outage activities as required.

What You Bring
Candidates must meet one of several education and experience combinations, ranging from a high school diploma with seven years of nuclear technical experience to a bachelor’s degree in a technical field with five years of related experience, plus a minimum of three years of nuclear training experience that complies with ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 standards. Applicants must also satisfy access and medical requirements for the position. Having prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred, reflecting the need to coordinate and mentor other instructors while maintaining alignment with the systematic training process. • Minimum: high school diploma/GED with 7 years nuclear experience or equivalent education/experience; or associate’s/bachelor’s degree with specified nuclear or related experience. • At least 3 years of nuclear training experience meeting ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 standards. • Ability to maintain required access levels and pass required medical examinations. • Preferred: supervisory or managerial experience.
