About the Role

• Develop and uphold brand strategy, ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints. • Create and manage collateral such as brochures, presentations, signage, and digital content, overseeing creative production. • Write and edit website, newsletter, campaign, property description, and investor materials with luxury‑focused tone. • Plan, coordinate, and execute branded events, including member, prospect, charity, and lifestyle activations, managing budgets and vendors. • Support digital marketing strategy and execution across web, email, and social platforms, tracking performance metrics. • Perform general marketing administration tasks, including budget management and ad‑hoc duties.

What You Bring

The Marketing Manager will work with the Director of Marketing and the corporate marketing team to develop and execute strategies for luxury real estate and lifestyle offerings. The role demands strong cross‑departmental project management, brand expertise, excellent design sense, and superior writing skills. Ideal candidates are self‑starters who thrive in fast‑paced environments and understand the luxury consumer mindset. • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, marketing, communications, journalism or related preferred. • Minimum of 3‑5 years in marketing, representing high‑end luxury properties, hospitality, surf lifestyle or relevant industry. • Experience partnering and/or working with a sales team is a plus. • Knowledge of construction, architecture and design is a plus. • Strong project management skills; highly organized with keen attention to detail. • Experience planning and executing luxury events. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Apple products and services. • Experience with digital platforms (e.g., Canva, email systems, CRM) and ability to learn new programs quickly. • Track record of producing and presenting marketing assets in a fast‑paced and agile environment. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods. • Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred. • Ability to meet physical demands, including indoor/outdoor work, standing, walking, moving for >8 hours, and lifting items up to 50+ pounds.
