About the Role

The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work with the UK&I Global Business Line Leadership Team, shaping the people agenda across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP will align HR initiatives with business strategy and ensure they deliver measurable value. The role bridges the business and HR Centres of Expertise to create cohesive, impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as a thought partner to senior leaders, providing data‑driven insights, and designing talent strategies that support commercial goals. The HRBP will coach HR managers and senior leaders, lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management, and partner with the Reward CoE to execute annual reward processes. They will also act as the conduit between the business and HR CoEs, driving strategic conversations and leading cross‑country HR projects. The role supports the evolution of the HR function from a transactional service to a strategic change leader, promoting problem‑solving mindsets and structured project management. By delivering initiatives with clear success metrics, the HRBP helps the organization achieve long‑term business value and regional consistency. • Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to UK&I leadership. • Provide data‑driven insights to shape people‑focused business decisions. • Coach and develop regional HR managers and senior leaders. • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles. • Partner with Reward CoE to deliver annual reward processes aligned with performance. • Act as conduit between business and HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, ER, Recruitment). • Drive strategic HR conversations that challenge the status quo and deliver ROI. • Identify and lead cross‑country HR projects for scalable regional impact.

What You Bring
